The work, in more detail
Coastal Marine
Coastal Marine is a Yamaha and Sailfish boat dealer in Virginia Beach, carrying real inventory cost on every boat that sits unsold. The site is built so the owner can update inventory and copy through plain-language requests, no CMS training required. Google Ads targets new Sailfish models through local buy-intent and in-stock model searches, since on-brand search volume alone is too thin to reach a six-figure boat. Conversion tracking runs through Google Tag Manager and GA4, wired and verified end to end rather than installed and assumed working. Coastal Marine is the only authorized Sailfish dealer in Hampton Roads, a fact the site states plainly rather than leaving implied. The site carries Organization schema with full address and hours markup, an llms.txt, and a robots.txt that explicitly welcomes GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot, so an answer engine can read the dealership's hours and location directly instead of guessing from a snippet. Lighthouse scores it 100 for SEO.
Carefree Boat Club
Carefree Boat Club recruits new licensees to open franchise locations nationwide. The recruitment landing page carries the same growth numbers Carefree’s own corporate site already publishes to prospects, top 10% of clubs averaging $1.9M in annual revenue, 22-plus years of continuous growth, 150-plus locations, paired with a paid-search campaign driving qualified operator leads to the page. The recruit site also carries the same machine-readability standard as this one, llms.txt, schema, a robots.txt that welcomes AI crawlers, so answer engines can read and cite the recruitment page directly. Lighthouse scores it 96 for performance and 100 for SEO, a 2.7-second largest contentful paint and a 1.2-second speed index, the kind of load time a recruiter clicking in from a search ad actually notices. Live since June 2026.
Salty Dawg Sea Services
Salty Dawg Sea Services is a mobile boat detailing business in Virginia Beach. The site gives a customer a clear way to see the services offered and get in touch, built to stay simple to keep current. A second landing page for private vessel management shipped after the initial build, and the site carries the same AI-crawler welcome signal in its robots.txt as Jensen Operations does. The site runs LocalBusiness, FAQPage, and Service/Offer schema together, so an answer engine can pull the business hours, service area, and a specific FAQ answer straight from the markup instead of summarizing the page.
FixRite Interiors
FixRite Interiors handles mobile auto and marine interior repair across Hampton Roads. The site states the service area and the work plainly, built so someone searching for interior repair nearby can find the shop and reach it.
How an engagement runs
Most engagements start as a single, well-defined piece of work, not a long contract. We name the destination, agree on what success looks like and how it will be measured, then ship in small steps and correct fast. You see progress in days, not at the end of a quarter.
If the work proves out and there is more worth doing, the relationship continues because it earned its way there, not because it was the price of starting. We would rather prove the loop once than sell a retainer up front.
How it is priced
Priced on the metric the work moves, not on hours. Before we start, we agree on what winning looks like in a number, and the price is set against that, so the math is a straightforward call for you to make. Full detail is on What we do and How we work.
