Background
Twenty years in the Navy before this, running operations. What carried over is the method: say the intent plainly, define what done looks like, account for every resource, and verify the result instead of hoping for it.
Before consulting, a portfolio of rental properties end to end, from the books to the contractors to staying compliant. One throughline: work out what actually moves a thing, then own it from the decision through the result.
How the work gets done
Clear intent, defined success, tight iterations, every result checked. The bias is toward shipping small and correcting fast instead of planning in the dark for months. When the right call is something we would not be doing, we say so.
